Digital Detectives

What is Digital Detectives?

Digital Detectives is a Heritage Lottery Funded project run by our social enterprise, Access Technology Scotland CIC. It’s purpose is to research, preserve and share the criminal history of Inverclyde through a series of heritage podcasts.

Participants gain and develop key historical research skills through accessing records from the National Records of Scotland, and learn production, recording and editing techniques from producing podcasts. The project is delivered to groups from Port Glasgow High School, St. Columba’s High School in Gourock and the Bloomin’ Wumen heritage group from Youth Connections in Larkfield.
